About the Role
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities across the country. This includes guiding and supervising the sales team, preparing sales reports and setting budgets.
Salary: Competitive Salary Package, Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance, KPI-based Bonus, Phone etc.
Location: Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW

About the Role
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities across the country. This includes guiding and supervising the sales team, preparing sales reports and setting budgets.
- Oversee all sales related matters on a national level.
- Successful performance and profit generation of the company by overseeing regional sales personal.
- Setting goals/budgets for sales team members
- Create and develop sales programs for the National sales team.
- Ensure successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all regions.
- Keep current with demand and supply of all company’s products / services and competitors.
- Preparation of sales reports
- Liaising with all Third-Party Partners
- Marketing initiatives and developing effective marketing strategies.
- Recruit and train sales employees as required.
- Attending of exhibitions both Locally and Internationally
- Travel interstate and internationally as required for the position.
- Bakery industry knowledge is essential for the position.
- Sales experience in similar role is preferred.
- Experience with leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel at short notice and work flexible hours as required
- Current Drivers Licence
