- Running reports
- Invoicing
- Customer service and reception duties
- Office management
- Adhoc admin and accounts payable and receivable duties
To be successful in your application, you will have the following;
- Administration and customer service experience
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience is highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
