  • Data entry
  • Running reports
  • Invoicing
  • Customer service and reception duties
  • Office management
  • Adhoc admin and accounts payable and receivable duties
  
To be successful in your application, you will have the following;
  • Administration and customer service experience
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
