Join a dynamic, and diverse team as a Payroll Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing processes and contributing to a major payroll uplift initiative.
This position is key in addressing audit findings, uncovering root causes, and implementing effective, solutions-driven outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for improving documentation, refining process mapping, and supporting critical change management and employee engagement efforts.
The role also involves delivering training, conducting needs assessments, building team profiles and service catalogues, and helping to strengthen governance structures.
Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll and IT stakeholders, this role calls for a solid grasp of payroll operations.

- Assess and enhance payroll systems and processes for efficiency and strategic alignment
- Document and streamline HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Train staff and provide support on system functionalities
- Serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and other departments for effective collaboration
- Create and manage test plans to verify system configurations and upgrades
- Use HR data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights
- Proven experience in payroll-focused business analysis
- Promapp / Workday / Ascender experience preferred
- Strong ability to interpret and act on audit recommendations
- Expertise in change management, training, and governance best practices
