The role of the Procurement Officer would suit a diligent and detail-oriented individual who is responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels in the production laboratory, supporting daily procurement tasks, and efficiently transporting finished goods to the warehouse.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Procurement Officer would suit a diligent and detail-oriented individual who is responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels in the production laboratory, supporting daily procurement tasks, and efficiently transporting finished goods to the warehouse.
KEY DUTIES
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in warehouse with a focus on critical items and achieve an optimal balance in inventory valuation
- Assist with daily procurement tasks, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and vendor communications.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and inventory processes.
- Develop and standardize regulatory procedures, work instructions, and SOPs for all purchasing activities
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
