JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Procurement Officer would suit a diligent and detail-oriented individual who is responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels in the production laboratory, supporting daily procurement tasks, and efficiently transporting finished goods to the warehouse.

KEY DUTIES
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in warehouse with a focus on critical items and achieve an optimal balance in inventory valuation
  • Assist with daily procurement tasks, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and inventory processes.
  • Develop and standardize regulatory procedures, work instructions, and SOPs for all purchasing activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
