Specialising in industrial automation and systems integration, mechanical & electrical construction projects with trusted partnerships servicing mining, manufacturing, water, energy and infrastructure, they provide full lifecycle management, turnkey, and process optimisation projects across Australia.
About the Role
As the Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery meets customer commitments while maintaining quality and compliance with contract requirements. You will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and job execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary: Highly competitive salary package including car and bonuses
Location: Illawarra Region, NSW

About the Role
As the Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery meets customer commitments while maintaining quality and compliance with contract requirements. You will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and job execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery processes from order receipt to completion, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee project schedules to support on-time delivery and effective planning.
- Work closely with department managers and teams to optimise resource allocation and job performance.
- Ensure compliance with WHS/QA standards and integrated management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).
- Support business development initiatives, proposal estimations, and project reporting.
- Monitor and audit key processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership within a matrix management structure, empowering teams while maintaining accountability.
- 10+ years of experience in project scheduling and delivery.
- Qualifications and proven experience in electrical engineering, automation or control systems disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills with a consultative and strategic approach.
- Working knowledge of a matrix management structure
