Austcorp Executive is partnering with a world leading Water Engineering and Hydro-Geology manufacturer who provide tailored solutions for Mining, Resources, Renewables and Utility sectors.

The Engineering and Operations team is looking to recruit a Project Engineer who will be responsible for the project delivery of engineered & manufactured products – through a full life-cycle design, installation and on-site commissioning.

As the Project Engineer your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

• Project delivery within timeframe, scope and contractual requirements.
• Manage and report on resource capability and project demands.
• Weekly and monthly forecasts reporting on project status in relation to timeline.
• Collaborating as the interface between engineering, operations and manufacturing teams. 
• Maintain project schedule and client communication – face to face and via email/phone.
• Format accurate bills of materials (BOM) for the manufacturing purposes.
• Preparing cost estimations and supporting tendering and quoting requirements.
• Review technical drawings and documentation.
• Enforce contract obligations and manage disputes, claims and variations of contract.

A little bit about you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or sufficient experience in the field.
• 2-3 + years in a similar role (preferred)
• A proven track record delivery projects end-to-end.
• Previous experience in hydro-pumping design and manufacturing processes
