Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings to ensure accurate estimates and resource planning for projects.
- Manage and maintain organised filing systems to ensure all project documentation is accessible and up to date.
- Prepare project manuals and documentation, including As-Builts, Handover Manuals, and Operations & Maintenance manuals, to support seamless project delivery.
- Oversee drawing control processes, ensuring revisions and updates are effectively managed and communicated.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and team members with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process contract records, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project financials.
- Coordinate client reports and end-of-month procedures to maintain transparency and accountability on project progress.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
