About the Role
The ideal candidate for the role will likely be a Site Supervisor with expertise in Audio-Visual Integration. Ideally you will come from a Technician background, having previously installed AV Equipment.  

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion. You’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
• Quickly and effectively resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical expertise in Audio & Video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.
• Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilisation.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and share insights with the team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Site Supervision Experience and have been exposed to project management concepts, preferably in Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and Unified Communications solutions.
• Knowledge of LED Video Walls, Microsoft Teams rooms, DSP, Racking and knowledge of AV construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Experience with delivering on Project Mgmt. fundamentals of Time, Cost and Quality
