Job description

As Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of high-profile infrastructure projects, from concept to commissioning. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will manage resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve project goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initial design to commissioning and handover.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
  • Drive quality assurance, address non-conformances, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in specialist in Odour control, Chemical dosing, and bio-gas system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • PMP certification (highly advantageous).
  • 3+ years’ experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally in water or wastewater systems.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Navisworks).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget.
