Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects in the medical devices space, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Report Creation: Develop, analyze, and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and key milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
- Master Data Management: Maintain and organize essential master data files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
- Contract & Tender Management: Assist with managing contracts, reviewing and negotiating terms, and supporting the tender process for procurement and supplier relationships.
- Contract Management: Oversee the lifecycle of contracts related to vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Power BI: Utilize Power BI to develop and maintain dashboards, generate data-driven insights, and support decision-making with clear visual reports.
- People Skills: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues as they arise.
- Experience in project management within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong contract management experience, including vendor contracts and tenders.
- Proven experience with Power BI, including the creation of dashboards and reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain and manage master data files.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create detailed reports and deliver presentations.
- People management skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts in a collaborative environment.
