About the Role

This site supervisor role places you at the heart of exciting automation projects at Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal. As a key member of the project team, you will ensure smooth operations, drive project milestones, and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance using project schedule, making necessary adjustments to avoid delays
• Provide site reporting to track progress, anticipate challenges, and manage resources and costs
• Champion Health & Safety, leading by example to foster a proactive and safety-conscious culture
• Oversee site activity to align with project schedules and ensure contract milestones are met
• Some night shifts will be required, and you must be comfortable working these when necessary

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have the legal right to work in Australia and bring the following qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a project environment, ideally within the construction sector
• Mechanical Trade Background and Qualification
• Demonstrated experience in resource planning and scheduling
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage all levels of project stakeholders from technicians to C-Suite partners
