The Role:
As the Project Manager, you will lead the design, planning, and delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

The Role:
As the Project Manager, you will lead the design, planning, and delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial design through to commissioning and handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Drive quality assurance, address non-conformance, and implement lessons learned.
- Lead, mentor, and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP certification (highly desirable).
- 3+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure design and construction, ideally in water or wastewater systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and engineering software (AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
