The Role:
As the Project Manager, you will lead the design, planning, and delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial design through to commissioning and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives and client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Drive quality assurance, address non-conformance, and implement lessons learned.
• Lead, mentor, and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification (highly desirable).
• 3+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure design and construction, ideally in water or wastewater systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and engineering software (AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
