Job description
Trade qualified Electrician / HVAC Technician with 5+ years Building Repairs, Upgrades and Project Management experience within commercial buildings / government premises.

Base Criteria
Trade qualified Electrician / HVAC Technician with 5+ years Building Repairs, Upgrades and Project Management experience within commercial building, shopping centres, government premises.
Outline Duties
Support and manage the efficient and effective delivery of multiple day-to-day minor works or refurbishment projects (up to $2M); providing key leadership and direction to direct trades and sub-contractors.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of multiple concurrent building upgrades, major repairs, and minor projects ($50K to $2M) across a range of client premises within the guidelines of the Building Code of Australia, Statutory Compliance and Industry Best Practice.

Skills and Attributes
- Over 5 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 3 years Project Supervisory experience within an organisation delivering Minor Capex Works to a mix of multi-site premises.
- You will have excellent Project Supervisory skills, able to undertake site walk-rounds and identify scope of works, coordinate contractors.
- An excellent communicator, with strong English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and direction to direct trades and contractors; while liaising internally at Project and State Manager level.
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills
