Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
  • Utilize SAP MM-PUR for procurement planning, purchase order management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM-PUR module, with a solid understanding of procurement workflows and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
