As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will oversee daily operations to ensure our products meet both external and internal Food Safety standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements and site procedures.
• Support the QA Team with prerequisite programs (e.g., labelling, approved supplier, calibration).
• Collaborate with Operational colleagues to uphold food safety and quality standards on the factory floor.
• Identify potential hazards or non-conformances and drive process improvement.
• Conduct, document, and report on production checks to maintain quality standards, including microbiological and sensory requirements.
• Provide QA support for new product development.
• Perform quality checks to ensure manufacturing processes adhere to the Quality Assurance Program and Standard Operating Procedures.

What We Look For:

• Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent is essential.
• HACCP experience and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution, attention to detail, and strong coaching skills.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
