Job description

I am seeking an experienced Product Specialist to manage a diverse product range. The role is technically and clinically challenging, so candidates with sales experience and a background in cath lab, biomedical engineers, nurses, technologists, or radiographers, will be preferred.

Salary package:
  • $120k-$140k base (depending on experience)

Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' sales experience with relevant qualifications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possessing a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in coronary intervention sales and clinical support.
  • Strong communication, writing, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily promotional visits to cath labs and doctors' offices.
  • Receive comprehensive initial clinical knowledge, product, and sales training and ongoing on-the-job development.
  • Acquire and update knowledge of company and competitor products and market conditions.
  • Regularly visit existing and potential clients to identify and act on sales opportunities.
  • Provide support for peripheral and coronary intervention procedures.
  • Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and explain their benefits.
  • Monitor changes in customer needs and competitor activities and report these to sales management.
  • Negotiate prices, finalize contracts, record orders, and arrange delivery and installation of equipment and support services.
  • Report sales results and feedback on product marketability to sales management.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Maintain and submit daily reports, sales reports, and records of business expenses.
