Opportunity
Due to fast-growing client demand, we are looking to grow our current Sydney Team by recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join the fast-paced Building Services Division in Sydney.

Team Outline
The team you will be joining in Sydney is well-experienced, cohesive, and close-knit, and it successfully exceeds its annual targets.
Many of our clients and candidates have worked with us for over 10 years, often in several countries and companies. A large proportion of our PSAs and Tenders are secured by us being directly approached to submit a response.
We support the full spectrum, from Government (including being a WALGA-approved supplier) and Local SME’s to some of the largest National, Multinational, or Global Organisations.

Your Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Promoting and Marketing the General Recruitment Capability and Executive Search Services in the Building Services markets for permanent roles.
  • Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects
  • Managing the life cycle of role brief to the placement of a candidate
  • Negotiating AustCorp terms of business with clients
  • Candidate and pipeline building
  • Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient number of vacancies from clients to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Promoting the company’s business in a positive and professional manner at all times
Base Criteria
  • 2-5 years experience working in a Recruitment Agency or Sales environment.
  • Ideally looking for someone with a Building Services, Facilities Management or Construction background
  • Exceptional customer service and business relationship-building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from client
  • A proven track record of achieving consistent month-to-month revenue and business generation
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working
