Team Outline
 
The team you will be joining in Perth is well-experienced, cohesive, close-knit and successfully exceed their annual targets.
 
Many of our clients and candidates have worked with us for over 10 years, often within a number of countries and companies. A large proportion of our PSA’s and Tenders are secured by us being directly approached to submit a response.
 
We support the full spectrum from Government (including being a WALGA Approved Supplier) and Local SME’s, through to some of the largest National, Multinational and Global Organisations.
 
Base Criteria
  • 3+ years’ experience gained as a recruiter working in a recruitment agency undertaking client and candidate calls.
  • Ideally experience gained in running a Temporary Desk in Office Support, Corporate Services or White Collar Local Government.
  • Experience gained in managing client and candidate relationships, including negotiating Hourly Rates and Terms of Supply.
  • Strong experience in Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated with our CRM).
  • Prior experience in representing your company at Industry Events or Expo’s.
 
Outline Duties
  • The key duty is stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
  • Trusted Advisor and Relationship Builder
  • Supporting clients in filling their Short-term or ongoing Casual Hire requirements across the Private, Government and NFP sectors.
  • Supporting the Team in growing client and candidate bases.
  • Attending Industry Events / Expo’s.
  • Ensuring relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM: - Candidate Work Rights, Client Terms of Business, Temporary Worker Pay Rates, Contracts & Inductions as well as WHS Compliance for client sites.
