Position: Facility Manager

Location: Regional areas in NSW, VIC, and QLD

Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support

Remuneration: 140,000 -180,000+ Super + Salary Packaging options + other benefits

About the Role The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence. Whether currently a Facility Manager or a senior nurse ready to advance, they will possess:
  • Qualifications: Relevant background in healthcare, business, or facility management (AHPRA registration required for nursing professionals)
  • Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
  • Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to a regional location in NSW, VIC, or QLD
