Role Requirements

• Experience as a senior manager, with at least 3 years experience within Aged Care
• AHPRA registration from an RN background
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
• High level leadership capabilities of clinical teams
