Our customer is a leading provider of road surfacing solutions priding themselves on delivering high-quality projects while ensuring safety and efficiency! This is a rare opportunity to secure a project support/ coordinator role with ongoing development and upskilling 

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Road Surfacing Support Coordinator/ Scheduler to help manage and oversee our surfacing project allocation from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project support, project administration, allocation and/or scheduling within the construction industry, with a focus on road surfacing. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering product and Workshop needs for road surfacing projects, ensuring timely completion
  • Collaborate with Co- Ordinator for each Project
  • Monitor project programs and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure all people, equipment and products are allocated to the project 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project programs 
  • Order Material for each project.
Experience Required 
  • Proven experience in project support, allocation or scheduling, preferably in road construction or surfacing.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular excel 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
