Our client is seeking a dynamic Roaming General Manager to oversee aged care facilities across New South Wales. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our facilities in need, ensuring continuity of care and management excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support facilities during extended leave periods of local managers, stepping in to maintain high-quality service.
  • Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity among staff and residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate facility performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Clinical background
