Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Roving General Manager to oversee Residential Aged Care facilities across NSW. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our clients facilities in need, ensuring continuity of care and management excellence.

We have two roles open for this position, one is a 12 month contract and another is full time 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support facilities during extended leave periods of local managers, stepping in to maintain high-quality service.
  • Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity among staff and residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate facility performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in aged care management 
  • Clinical skillset - previous nursing background. 
  • Key experience with accreditations 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments and challenges.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
