Our client is seeking a dynamic Roving General Manager to oversee aged care facilities across VIC, NSW & TAS. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our facilities in need, ensuring continuity of care and management excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support facilities during extended leave periods of local managers, stepping in to maintain high-quality service.
  • Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity among staff and residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate facility performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in aged care management 
  • Clinical background (preferred)
  • Key experience with accreditations 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments and challenges.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
