About The Company

Our client are proudly Australian-owned and operated company, providing innovative solutions to the agriculture and farming industry nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Support / Internal Salesperson to join our team in Marrickville. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our external BDM and sales team while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

About the Role
In this diverse role, you will:

• Provide sales administration support to our external sales team
• Manage the CRM system and maintain customer records
• Handle phone and email orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and product inquiries
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team for seamless order fulfillment
• Occasionally attend trade shows and industry events (some travel required)

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a mechanical mindset and enjoys problem-solving but can communicate simple and clear solutions to clients
• Has experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service (experience selling to agriculture and farming clients or industrial equipment is a bonus but not essential)
• Is confident liaising with customers and resolving inquiries
• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Has experience using CRM systems (or a willingness to learn)
• Enjoys working in a team but can also take initiative
• Is open to occasional travel for trade shows and industry events
