My client is a fantastic Fire contractor with a number of offices based around NSW. You will spend your days doing preventative and reactive maintenance across various customer settings, including Residential Aged Care, Hospitals, Commercial, Retail, Education, and Government facilities. Opportunity to spend two days per week conducting internal training and mentoring responsibilities, guiding fellow field technicians and apprentices through the technical aspects involved in the servicing and maintaining Fire Systems, if you desire.

The role:

• Inspect, test, maintain, and install a wide array of fire protection equipment.
• Mentor and guide fellow technicians, fostering a cohesive team environment while adhering to company values and goals.
• Provide technical support, training, and accurate record-keeping for skills assessment and training progress.
• Deliver targeted training sessions, contribute to Toolbox discussions, and develop procedures and training materials.
• Assist branches with technical equipment at client sites and conduct workplace inspections, resolving safety issues and providing ongoing training to ensure compliance and skill enhancement.

About you: 

• Atleast 5 years experience in an Fire Electrician role
• Fire experience is ideal but not essential.  
• All relevant and up to date Australian Recognized Electrical licenses and certs
• Covid-19 Vaccination 
• Ability to complete a police check and working with children certificate 
• Full Driver License.
