Human Resources Manager – Global Technology Leader

With a strong presence across Australia, they are now seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive strategic initiatives across multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations.
This role, based in Western Sydney, is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to shape policies, enhance workforce engagement, and contribute to organisational success. The role will cover the workforce in NSW & ACT.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:
✔ Experienced HR Professional – 8-10 years' HR experience in a mid-to-large organisation, with leadership experience.
✔ Industrial Relations Expertise – Strong understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and union negotiations.
✔ Strategic & Relationship-Focused – Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Multi-Disciplinary HR Knowledge – Proven capability across learning & development, remuneration, workforce planning, and change management.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Driven – High attention to detail, particularly in written communication and HR compliance.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); experience with HRIS (Oracle HCM) and SAP Payroll is advantageous.
