The Company:

Our client is a national Facilities Maintenance and M&E/HVAC provider of projects and maintenance services to commercial buildings, hospitals, local / state government, universities, and resource sector clients.

  
The role:

NSW Based, Permanent full-time opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with an Electrical, Fire or HVAC background with 7+ years project management experience leading and delivering Minor and Capital Works projects.

Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent building upkeep, Minor and Capital Works projects (average $2M to $16M each) across a range of clients in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, HVAC and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance, and Industry Best Practice.

  
Skills and Attributes 

• Over 10 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 7 years Project Management / Supervisory experience within an organisation delivering Minor and Capital Works to multiple Federal & Territory Government, Leisure, Commercial and Education premises.
• Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and sub-contract staff undertaking Building De-fits, Re-fits, and replacement / minor works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, HVAC, and Data / Communications.
• Prior experience on MS Project, ASITE, Aconex and / or Hammertech programs is preferred.
• You will have excellent Project Management skills, able to mage the full PMO function from costing, pricing, and bidding on projects to mobilisation and ongoing support and progress updates.
• Ensure the quality of projects and meeting completion / handover timescales.
