We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our service department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, invoices, and work orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Proven experience in an administrative or service coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
