This growing organisation currently supports clients in the maintenance, service, repair and minor installation of their electrical systems and equipment (including Data Comms) across a large number of Commercial Offices, High-rise Buildings and Light Industrial premises in Perth Metro – Joondalup to Bibra Lake.

Base Criteria

Trade qualified Electrician (‘A’ Grade licence) along with 5+ years post-apprenticeship maintenance, service and minor installation experience working on Industrial, High-Rise Buildings and Commercial premises. You will be personable and have strong client-engagement skills.
  
Outline Duties

Providing hands-on electrical maintenance, fault-finding, minor repairs and installations to lighting, electrical equipment, DBs, as well as power supply / distribution across the premises.
  
Supporting the maintenance, service and minor installation of Data / Comms cabling and racks.
  
Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Electrical Maintenance and Repair services (including planned preventative & reactive maintenance) within Commercial Offices, Light Industrial, and High-Rise buildings.
  
Skills and Attributes 

• ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence + Cert 3
• 5+ years post-apprenticeship Electrical Maintenance or Service experience within industrial, government or commercial premises.
• Open Cabling Licence (an advantage)
• Engaging personality and strong presentation skills
• Full Permanent Australian Work Rights and able to secure a National Police Check.
