The Candidate:
National leading business with an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team as a Service Coordinator. This company holds heavy investments in their Employees. They contribute to your training and continued learning ensuing you upskill and career progression.
The Role:
- Coordinate and schedule service activities for clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage the Technicians day to day Service calls, diary etc...
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track service assignments to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, understanding their security needs, and designing appropriate service solutions.
The Candidate:
- Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Service Admin role
- Electrical, Security, HVAC or Fire experience would be a bonus or a similar industry
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong admin skills - the ability to manage and delegate jobs
- Word, Excel and Email experience
- Familiar with accounting packages
- Results driven, can work independently, self-motivated and friendly team member
- Excellent time management skills
