The Role:

  • Coordinate and schedule service activities for clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the Technicians day to day Service calls, diary etc...
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track service assignments to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, understanding their security needs, and designing appropriate service solutions.

The Candidate:
  • Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Service Admin role
  • Electrical, Security, HVAC or Fire experience would be a bonus or a similar industry
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong admin skills - the ability to manage and delegate jobs
  • Word, Excel and Email experience
  • Familiar with accounting packages
  • Results driven, can work independently, self-motivated and friendly team member
  • Excellent time management skills
