Our client, a leader in water technology, seeks a Service Technician to join their Service Delivery team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing irrigation, pump, and filtration equipment, offering on-site and workshop support for Western Australia customers.

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts on pumps, pump systems, and accessories both in the workshop and on-site. Additionally, you'll be involved in the commissioning and assessment of variable speed drives and motor interfacing/monitoring systems.

Role Highlights:

• Troubleshoot and repair pumps and systems, both in-shop and on-site.
• Handle variable speed drives, motor control systems, and app-based reporting.
• Provide technical advice, sales support, and complete detailed service reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure safety compliance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with pumps, hydraulics, and controls.
• Qualified as an Electrical Supervisor or Electrician (WA).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP (preferred).
• Full Australian driver’s license and forklift operation capability or willingness to train.
