A great opportunity to join a growing firm delivering Refurbishments and Fit-outs to clients across a number of States.

The Site Manager would be responsible for delivering refurbishment projects in Rockhampton for 12 months commencing in mid- to late-February.

You will need to hold: 

• Cert 3 Trade Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment
• QBCC Site Supervisor license
• Ideally commercial Fitout experienced and also new construction experience would be desirable.

Experience

• You will have 5+ years' experience in leading teams of construction trades.
• Prior experience of managing P&L.
• Strong client relationship skills, along with the ability to price-up and negotiate variations.
