Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer relationships and business issues to assess competitive positioning.
- Develop and execute strategic objectives and proposals for key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement account plans.
- Foster cross-team communication and coordination to enhance client engagement.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the portfolio.
- Lead sales processes aligned with customer decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and build trust.
- Organise, review, and generate executive summaries of account plans.
- Improve profitability and ensure the long-term success of partnerships.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with sales policies.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Extensive experience in a commercial role, ideally within a global organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen, preferably with an industrial background.
- Proven ability in business development, identifying new opportunities within complex business structures.
- Experience in government negotiations (desirable).
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills in contracts, pricing, and solution selling.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
