Key Responsibilities:
- Offer top-tier support via phone, email, and chat, helping customers resolve a variety of technical issues.
- Utilise remote tools to troubleshoot and fix technical problems effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely and efficient service delivery for in-field issues.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with customers throughout the support process.
- Strong experience in a technical support/customer service role.
- Ideally a customer support background in IT, AV, Telco..
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to communicate solutions clearly.
- Ability to manage a high volume of support requests while meeting response times.
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with service management tools like ticketing systems is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and public holidays.
