About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne as Project Manager, Technician, or Estimator within the telecommunications industry. These positions are crucial to the successful delivery of our projects, and we are looking for professionals who are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles Available

1. Project Manager
   
   • Lead and manage end-to-end telecommunications projects.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
   • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to achieve project milestones.
   • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
   • Prepare project documentation and reports.
2. Technician
   
   • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications systems and equipment.
   • Perform fiber optic splicing, testing, and fault-finding.
   • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
   • Assist with upgrades and expansions of existing networks.
   • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
3. Estimator
   
   • Prepare detailed cost estimates for telecommunications projects.
   • Analyse project requirements, specifications, and drawings.
   • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source competitive pricing.
   • Assist in tender submissions and bid preparation.
   • Monitor market trends and pricing structures to ensure accurate forecasting.

About You

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in telecommunications or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations in Australia.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• For Project Managers: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects.
• For Technicians: Hands-on experience with fiber optics, cabling, or wireless systems.
• For Estimators: Proficiency in estimating software and cost analysis tools.
