Role Overview:
I am looking for a Territory Manager with experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management or a related field. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful adoption of products. The role focuses on sales strategy execution, customer management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to increase product adoption.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory. Expand the physician customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with expense management policies, oversee stock levels, and optimise product availability.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams, senior management, and internal departments. Report on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Work with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and execute promotional initiatives.
  •  Ensure adherence to industry regulations, oversee tender submissions, and manage customer complaints.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements. Engage in professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in medicine, health, science, or business; post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device sales.
