The Role:
This role will be reporting to the HR Manager which will be part of a collaborative team passionate about ensuring a strong Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental culture.

The Role:
This role will be reporting to the HR Manager which will be part of a collaborative team passionate about ensuring a strong Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental culture.
Responsibilities:
- Support with the implementation of company Health & Safety policies and procedures at the multiple sites.
- Design and implement Health & Safety improvement initiatives across the site.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and observations to ensure sites are meeting the requirements of Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating rehabilitation and return to work programs in align with the companies return to work policies.
- Assist on incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within FMCG environment.
- Risk Management and competition of risk assessments. Incident reports and completing incident investigations.
- Completed Tertiary Qualifications in Health & Safety (Minimum of Certificate III)
- Strong written & verbal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- The ability to work independently and consistently and also in a team environment
