A strong, skilled and stakeholder-orientated Project Manager to lead Building Services fit-out projects in Adelaide and the wider SA. Why Apply This leading organisation is well-renowned within the Facilities Management / Building Services sector, this will support key clients in the Government and Corporate sectors. Base Criteria Ideally Trade qualified (Electrical, HVAC or Building Trade) with 5+ years project management experience leading fit-out projects to $5M. Outline Duties Support and manage the efficient and effective delivery of Capex Fit-out projects to $5 million across a large diverse range of clients and portfolios, providing key operational planning and direction.   Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent building upkeep and Minor Works projects (average $50K to $3M each) across a range of clients in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, HVAC and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance and Industry Best Practice. Skills and Attributes  Over 10 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 7 years Project Management / Supervisory experience within an organisation delivering Minor and Capital Works to multiple Federal & Local Government, Leisure, Commercial and Education premises. Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and sub-contract staff undertaking Building De-fits, Re-fits, and replacement / minor works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, HVAC, and Data / Communications. Prior experience on MS Project, ASITE, Aconex and / or Hammertech programs is preferred. You will have excellent Project Management skills, able to mage the full PMO function from costing, pricing and bidding on projects to mobilisation and ongoing support and progress updates. Dry Fire Technician - Adelaide

About the role Dry Fire Technician Based with a growing national organisation with great potential for career progression in the future Permanent Full-time Position - Monday till Friday 40 hours/week Supporting a multi-site contract based across Greater Adelaide Key Duties Inspect, test, maintain, service and install all Dry Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to AS1851-2012 and/or OEM Conduct routine inspection and serving of Portable Fire Systems and equipment Installation of Portable Fire Systems and equipment Assist in preparation of customer quotations and identifying remedial work Liaise directly with client regarding service work Conduct facility maintenance Commit to workplace safety and good work practice About you 5+ years’ experience within the Fire Industry 3+ years’ experience in testing and service Cert 3 in Electrotechnology / Certificate III in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing FPAS Accreditation (Desirable) White Card  Ability to carry out inspection on fire equipment to AS 1851 Basic knowledge of AS1851, AS1668, AS1670, AS2220, ASS009 and AS3000 Ability to program would be a preference Capable to test panels Current Drivers License Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Role offers a Ute or Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card.
