Senior Estimator

AustCorp Executive is working in partnership with an expanding engineering and fabrication business. The company specialises in delivering fixed plant, structural steel, and SMP packages to support major projects across the mining and resources industry. The role we are recruiting is a Senior Estimator. This person will be responsible for managing multiple tenders from concept through to submission and handover. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive bids are submitted in line with project requirements and tight timeframes. The Role Manage end-to-end tendering and estimation for fabrication-based projects. Interpret drawings, specifications, and client documentation to produce first-principles estimates. Liaise directly with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and validate pricing. Prepare clear and commercially sound bid submissions. Assist with post-award handovers to project delivery teams. Contribute to improving systems, processes and templates within the estimating team. Work on multiple tenders simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines with attention to detail. Trade qualification or tertiary degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering (or similar). Proficiency in cost estimation software. Mechanical Engineer

Austcorp Executive are partnering with mining technology company. This engineering outfit specialises in manufacturing automated machinery which is used for exploration projects. As a result of continued growth we are currently recruiting for Mechanical Engineer to join the engineering team. As the Mechanical Engineer you will be required to work on the design of both legacy and new products. The mechanical disciplines you will be focusing on is (Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mobile Equipment). As the Mechanical Engineer your responsibilities will be the following: Manage design and detailed drafting through fabrication – FEA, DEM and calculate tolerance requirements using Solidworks. Provide clear and concise technical documentation to support calculations, analysis, checks and tests. Working closely with the fabrication and automation teams across the whole product life-cycle – from conceptualisation through to market deployment. Prepare reports for all design parts and components. Participate in the research and development of new engineering product concepts. You will be required to travel to site on occasion to commission equipment. Provide manufacturing support and technical advice to the fabrication/workshop team. What will make you a suitable Mechanical Engineer: A degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with heavy mobile machinery – hydraulics and pneumatics equipment. Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment. 2-5 years post graduate experience in Australian manufacturing. A proven track record deigning equipment with Solidworks. Project / Service Coordinator

Why Apply A great opportunity for an experienced Project / Service Coordinator with exceptional communication, organisation, and reporting skills to join a well-established Australian facilities / maintenance service provider located in Bayswater / Bassendean area.    Base Criteria You will have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Contract / Service Administrator, in the Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / Facilities Management / Controls Maintenance or Building Trades Repair Service industries. Available to work in a Permanent full-time role (Monday till Friday) Brief Outline of Duties You will work closely with the Project Managers to assist them with the administration side of their workload. Ensure the successful and safe delivery of facilities maintenance services by monitoring the service flow of jobs, scheduling subcontractors, and ensuring they have necessary qualifications, inductions, and supplies. Assist in producing financial reports and ensuring job costs and revenue is achieved and ensure that project timelines and completion dates are met. Review and raise purchase orders, ensure invoicing and financial forecasting is correct and on track and process the site teams time-sheets.    Skills and Attributes Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Contract / Service Administrator or project management Experience meeting Service delivery arrangements, scheduling, financial reporting and organising contractors and materials Support the delivery of Facilities Maintenance Services Prior experience in the Maintenance, Trade Services or Construction industry is preferred Microsoft Office Suite experience Outstanding communication skills: - Verbal and Written including full Reports (Progress, Weekly, Monthly, Annual) Full Australian Work Rights Able to pass a pre-employment medical / drug and alcohol screening Able to obtain a clear police check

HVAC&R Technicians (x 4)

Current Roles offer $50-$55/hr + Vehicle and Super and Overtime: 3 x HVAC Technicians 1 x Refrigeration Technician We are supporting a growing Australia-Wide organisation that is looking to expand their Team in Perth, they have multiple positions for HVAC&R Technicians. Permanent Full-Time roles, working Monday – Friday (40hrs per week), supporting multiple commercial service and maintenance contracts. HVAC Technicians will be working across a mix of Commercial buildings, Industrial premises, hospitals, universities and hotels working across Splits, Cassettes, Ducted, Centrifs and Chillers. Refrigeration Technician will support supermarkets, bottle shops, hotels / clubs and service / repair commercial drinks display fridges, display cabinets, cool rooms and supermarket refrigeration. The roles are responsible for recharging of refrigerant gas, conducting fault-finding, maintenance, repair and minor installations.
